We wrapped up the season with our league social.

Congratulations to Sheila and Andres McKenzie on a six-ender at our Doubles League on Wednesday, March 18, 2026

In the Playoff round, trophy division, the winning team was team Peel with 73.8 points. Congrats to Doug Peel, Trevor Hunter, Heather Handley and Brian Saxon.

In the Playoff round, runner up division, the winning team was Pinkney with 66.8 points. Congrats to Paul Pinkney, Suzanne Reading, Wayne Brakeboer and Bill Moeser.
Our Thursday evening league wrapped up March 26. It was a very close finish to the season with the top three teams having cumulative season scores within 4 points of each other.
The top overall season winning team was team Hyatt with 249.5 points. Congrats to Walt Hyatt, John Donahue, Bruce Hooey, and Russell Gibson.

Team Peel came a close second in overall season score with 248.8 points ... just 3 rock points behind team Hyatt.
Coming in a close third was team McInnis with overall season points of 245.5 ... only 4 points behind the winners.
Special shout out to our convenor Walt Hyatt for a leading a successful, competitive and fun season. Walt has served 4 years as league convenor and is stepping down. We are looking for replacement convenors for the Thursday evening league. Please reach out to Max Nohel if you would like to step up and volunteer for this role.
The Bobcaygeon/Fenelon Curling league was started over 10 years ago to include teams from both curling clubs for a little cross club friendly competition. This year the league was won by the Hyatt team from Fenelon Falls. From left to right the curlers are Bob Barron, John Donahue, Walt Hyatt and Bruce Hooey

Congrats to the team for bringing home the trophy for 2025/26.
The last of our 4-Town bonspiels of this season happened on March 14, 2026 in Minden. Team Hyatt (Walt and Joan Hyatt, Brenda Hann and Max Nohel) finished 2nd with 33 1/4 points, short only 2 rocks to catch team Barron of Minden with 33 3/4 points.
